Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By requesting a quote or engaging Cloudpire Cleaning Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

All cleaning performed by Cloudpire Cleaning Services employees. All work is based on a written quote agreed before commencement.

3. Payment

Payment terms are specified in each service agreement. Janitorial contracts are invoiced monthly. One-time services invoiced on completion.

4. Cancellations

Recurring contracts require 30 days written notice after the initial 3-month term. One-time services may be cancelled without charge up to 48 hours before scheduled date.

5. Property Access

The client agrees to provide reasonable access during agreed service windows. We carry general liability and workers compensation insurance.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
